I’m someone who cares about real connection, steady progress, and creating a space where you can show up as yourself. I’ve spent years helping people sort through heavy thoughts, navigate big life changes, and rebuild a sense of direction.

My approach is collaborative, practical, and values-driven. I bring structure when it’s helpful and loosen it when you’re ready to lead. My communication style is calm, warm, and straightforward — I make space for you to speak freely, slow down, or dig deeper when you’re ready.

My background spans community mental health, integrated primary care, and work with people navigating some of life’s harder edges — chronic illness, trauma, and major life transitions. I’ve worked alongside people at a lot of different starting points, and that shapes how I show up: without assumptions, and without a one-size-fits-all approach.

The first session is an intake — we cover the basics, you share what’s brought you here, and we start to get a sense of each other. Following sessions feel more like a real conversation: less structured, more yours. 60 minutes, virtual, and I typically respond within 1–2 business days.
